Where we are, and what we do
Headquartered in London, we are a team of experienced AI transformation professionals delivering AI systems into production across financial services, audit and regulated operations. We partner with the hyperscalers — AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud — and with enterprise AI providers including IBM, to deliver production-ready systems rather than proofs of concept that never leave the lab.
Why governance leads
Over 80% of AI projects fail, roughly twice the failure rate of traditional IT projects. In our experience the cause is rarely the model. It is scope set without understanding the data, deployment without monitoring, and no agreed answer to the question of who is accountable when the system is wrong.
So we lead with the part most suppliers append at the end: responsible-by-design development, secure deployment, and reliable scaling, measured against return on investment and the business outcome that justified the work.
As an ISO 27001-certified company we uphold the highest standards in information security management, ensuring your data remains protected under an internationally recognised framework.
How we work with your teams
We build alongside your engineers rather than around them, and hand over the evaluation harness with the system. The measure of a good engagement is that your organisation can run the thing safely after we have gone.

Leadership
Named biographies and photography to be supplied by NexaQuanta. This section is laid out but deliberately unpopulated — an enterprise buyer checks who is accountable, and invented people would be the worst possible answer.

The useful first conversation is about your constraint, not our capability. Thirty minutes with an architect, not a salesperson.
